Founded in 2010 by Coach Brian Goldman, the Mudpuppies Swim Team was created to share a deep love of swimming while building a vibrant, supportive community. Our mission is to bring families together in celebration of inclusivity, teamwork, and the joy of swimming.
Mudpuppies take pride in fostering camaraderie, setting goals, and inspiring personal growth. Our swimmers learn the value of persistence, hard work, and the life skills that extend far beyond the pool—skills that shape character and build confidence.
We are proud members of the Tarheel Swimming Association, calling the Meredith Townes Pool in Raleigh, North Carolina, our home. Our swim team starts at age five. Whether you’re here to compete, grow, or connect with an amazing community, the Mudpuppies are thrilled to welcome you to our team!
